Livelox is a freemium service: the basic features are available free of charge, while access to more advanced functionality requires an annual subscription.

Livelox offers three subscription options, depending on whether you are an individual user, a club, or a national federation.

Premium subscription – for individual users

Best for: Orienteers who want full access to all Livelox features.

With a Premium subscription, individual users gain access to the complete set of Livelox analysis tools and features.

Key benefits:

• Full access to all Livelox features for all events.
• Ideal for athletes who regularly analyze their own routes and compare them with those of other participants.
• Includes a free trial period for new subscribers.

Club subscription – for training and club activities

Best for: Orienteering clubs that organize training sessions and local events.

The Club Subscription can be regarded as an organizer subscription. It unlocks the full functionality of Livelox for training sessions and eligible low-level events organized by the club. By purchasing the subscription, the club makes advanced analysis features available to everyone participating in those activities.

Key benefits:

• Advanced features are available for club-organized training sessions and eligible local events. See the feature matrix below for details.
• No club membership or Livelox account is required to view routes from these events.

Livelox Unlimited – for national federations

Best for: National orienteering federations that want to provide unrestricted access across their entire country.

With Livelox Unlimited, a national federation pays an annual fee to make advanced Livelox features available for all events within the country.

Key benefits:

• No restrictions on Livelox features for events organized within the country.
• Users do not need individual Premium subscriptions, and clubs do not need Club subscriptions.
• Supports nationwide adoption and integration with federation event management systems.

  • The event is linked to Eventor Sweden, Norway or Australia, and the event level in Eventor is local competition or club competition/training
  • The event is not linked to Eventor Sweden, Norway, or Australia, is classified as a training in Livelox, and has a maximum of 10 classes
• Feature is not included
• Feature is included for events in Australia.
• Feature is included for events in Austria.
• Feature is included for events in Belgium.
• Feature is included for events in Canada until 1/1/2027.
• Feature is included for events in Croatia.
• Feature is included for events in Czechia.
• Feature is included for events in Germany.
• Feature is included for events in Hungary.

Creating events and uploading routes is free of charge, as well as viewing your own or someone else's route. However, some features are limited in this free version. In order to unlock them it is necessary to have a paid subscription.

Get more for your club with the Club Subscription. The Club Subscription model is aimed to orienteering clubs which want to offer a more in-depth analysis compared to the free version on their trainings. The price is the same for all clubs regardless of the number of members or organized events.

Single-country premium subscription

Only events organized in a specific country are covered. The subscription can be upgraded to a global subscription at any time. This subscription type is only available for a limited number of countries.
