Creating events and uploading routes is free of charge, as well as viewing your own or someone else's route. However, some features are limited in this free version. In order to unlock them it is necessary to have a paid subscription.

During the Covid pandemic, the full Livelox feature set was offered for free in all countries except for Sweden, Norway and Australia – the countries where Livelox was first introduced. We decided to do this for goodwill reasons to support the development of orienteering under difficult times.

The free offer has been extended a few times, but we will now move towards a paid model for all countries. The transition model still keeps some features fully accessible until August 2023, when it will be phased out.

Get more for your club with the Club Subscription. In 2023 we are introducing a new subscription model aimed to orienteering clubs which want to offer a more in-depth analysis compared to the free version on their trainings and small club events. The price is the same for all clubs regardless of the number of members or organised events. If your club buys ten or more GPS trackers, a one-year club subscription is included for free!
