User Agreement for Livelox

Livelox provides location-based services, such as mapping outdoor activities by utilizing the geographical position of a user’s device.

The services are provided by Livelox AS. These terms apply between Livelox AS and the Livelox user, and includes both the mobile application and the web version of Livelox. Usage of Livelox assumes that that the user fully accepts and approves the conditions that follow. Livelox AS disclaims all responsibility for any financial and material damage Livelox can cause the user.

Privacy Policy

Your user profile for Livelox may be acquired from Eventor, Swedish Orienteering Federation’s central IT services. Only the personal data which is required for the services Livelox provides is stored, such as name, club membership, event entries and results.

Our management and storage of personal data is according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Personal data will not be sold or made available to third parties.

Livelox records and publicly displays precise location data of the user, unless the recordings are explicitly marked as private and are not connected to a Livelox activity. Additionally, when using the Livelox Recorder mobile app, the real-time location data from the mobile device is unless marked as private. Handling location data is the core feature of the Livelox Recorder app, and cannot be opted out of.

To better understand and serve the users of Livelox, we may conduct research on our user's results and behaviors based on the Personal Data and other information provided to us. This research may be compiled and analyzed on an aggregated basis. This aggregated information does not identify you personally. We may also disclose aggregated user statistics in order to describe our services to current and prospective business partners, and to other third parties for other lawful purposes.

You can use Livelox without providing any Personal Data, however, you may not be able to use certain features of the Services.

If a minor, under 18 years of age, uses Livelox, we assume that it is with the consent of a legal guardian.

The Services we offer may change from time to time. As a result, at times it may be necessary for us to make changes to this Privacy Policy. Accordingly, we reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time and from time to time without prior notice. Please review this policy periodically, and especially before you provide any personal data. This Privacy Policy was last updated on the date indicated above. Your continued use of the services after any changes or revisions to this Privacy Policy shall indicate your agreement with the terms of such revised Privacy Policy.

Purchase Agreement

Some features in Livelox are chargeable and are only available after purchasing a subscription. Such subscriptions are handled in accordance with the Swedish Distance Selling Act. All prices are inclusive of VAT and other charges.

The subscriber is only entitled to use the subscription for personal use, or, in the case of a club subscription, in activities related to the club. This means that the login credentials must not be made available to other people. Please contact the support with questions concerning subscriptions.

By purchasing a subscription, you give Livelox AS your consent to collect, store, process and use your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy stated above.

Support is provided via email. Please include a precise description about how to repeat the problem, error messages shown and other information that can be useful for us to know. This will make us able to provide rapid feedback.

Koppling till Eventor inaktiverad under helgen
Svenska Orienteringsförbundets IT-system Eventor dras med driftproblem. I syfte att lokalisera problemet har man valt att stänga av kopplingen till Livelox under hela helgen. Det innebär att du som Livelox-användare kan uppleva problem med inloggning och automatisk koppling av rutt till aktivitet, samt få felmeddelanden vid administration av aktiviteter.
