  • The Livelox mobile app doesn't work so well on my new phone. It seems like only a few locations are being recorded on my route. What can I do?
    The Livelox mobile app is a few years old, and some new operating systems do not allow it to record GPS data in a proper way. We are working on a completely new app that will solve these problems. The release is planned to early 2020. For now, we refer to Strava's app for mobile phone route recordings. Make sure you connect your Strava account to Livelox.
